Equipment

Ingredients:  

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Sauce

  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  • Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • While meatballs are baking, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove meatballs from oven and place in a serving dish. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve warm.
