Instructions:
1. Combine cucumbers, onions, and bell peppers in a large bowl.
2. In a saucepan, mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and mustard seed. Bring to a boil.
3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the vegetables. Stir well.
4. Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
