Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pc Red onion cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
  • 3. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • 4. Thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between them.
  • 5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
