Ingredients:  

Marinade Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the marinade over your choice of meat or vegetables. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

Notes:

This marinade works great with chicken, beef, or vegetables.
