Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups White American cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Half and half
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 can Diced green chilies 4 oz can

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • 2. Add the half and half and heat until warm, but not boiling.
  • 3. Gradually add the shredded white American cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • 4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
  • 5. Add the diced green chilies and stir to combine.
  • 6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes:

For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
