Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
