Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced carrots and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, frozen corn, and frozen peas. Stir to combine.
5. Season with dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This soup is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
