Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2. Blend until smooth.
  • 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
