  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush each ear of corn with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place the corn on the grill, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from grill and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of chili powder before serving.
