Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the broccoli evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and browned.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
