Instructions:
Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Pour hot vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onions. Let cool.
Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
