Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1.5 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions: 

  • Combine cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, celery seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  • Pour hot vinegar mixture over cucumbers and onions. Let cool.
  • Transfer to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Notes:

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
