Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions: 

  • Cook orzo according to package instructions.
  • In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cooked orzo, Parmesan cheese, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes:

Feel free to add more Parmesan if you like it extra cheesy!
