Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 box Cornbread Mix

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  • Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be made a day ahead and reheated before serving.
