rice vinegar

garlic, minced

ginger, minced

cornstarch

tablespoons
water (for cornstarch slurry)
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry.
Add the slurry to the saucepan and stir well.
Continue to cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool before using.
Notes:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
