Ingredients:  

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  • 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  • 3. Next, add a layer of halved cherry tomatoes.
  • 4. Follow with a layer of sliced cucumber.
  • 5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the cucumber layer.
  • 6. Add a layer of bacon bits on top of the cheese.
  • 7. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the top layer.

Notes:

Chill the salad for at least 1 hour before serving for best results.
