Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup Red grapes halved
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds shelled
  • 0.5 cup Red onion diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, halved grapes, crumbled bacon, sunflower seeds, and diced red onion.
  • 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
  • 3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
