  • 1 lb fresh salmon diced
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • to taste salt

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, tomatoes, and onion.
  • 2. Add the chopped green onions and mix well.
  • 3. Season with salt to taste.
  • 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
