Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, baby spinach, feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

This salad is best served fresh. You can add grilled chicken for extra protein.
