Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced radishes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
  • 2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
  • 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  • 5. Garnish with chopped fresh dill before serving.

Notes:

Best served fresh. Can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
