Ingredients:  

Slaw Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots grated
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a tangier slaw, add more apple cider vinegar. For a sweeter slaw, increase the sugar.
