Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 0.25 cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes:

This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a day.
