Tuna

Mayonnaise

Dijon Mustard

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Bread
preferably sourdough

Butter
softened
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side, layer tuna mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
Place in a preheated panini press and cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Notes:
Serve with a side of pickles or a small salad for a complete meal.
