Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna drained
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • On the unbuttered side, layer tuna mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  • Place in a preheated panini press and cook until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Notes:

Serve with a side of pickles or a small salad for a complete meal.
