Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread any type
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter creamy or chunky
  • 2 slices Cheese cheddar or American
  • 1 tbsp Butter softened

Instructions: 

  • 1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • 2. Spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
  • 3. Place cheese slices on top of the peanut butter.
  • 4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
  • 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
  • 6. Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese and bread.
