Instructions:
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Spread peanut butter on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
3. Place cheese slices on top of the peanut butter.
4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
6. Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
