Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 8 pieces Taco Shells
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the drained tuna, cumin, and chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • 3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  • 4. Assemble the tacos by adding the tuna mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream to each shell.
  • 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add any other toppings you like, such as cheese or avocado.
