Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 0.5 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened

Instructions: 

  • 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  • 3. Layer with mozzarella cheese, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, and parmesan cheese.
  • 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some fresh basil for extra flavor.
