vegetable oil

garlic

beaten

green onions

Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add carrot and peas, cook until tender.
Push veggies to the side, pour in beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
Add rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
Garnish with green onions.
Notes:
Use day-old rice for best results.
