Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter and sliced onions. Cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, cook the patties until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
4. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, and Worcestershire sauce to make the special sauce.
5. Spread special sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on 4 of the bread slices.
6. Top with a beef patty, caramelized onions, and another slice of bread, sauce side down.
7. Heat the skillet again and cook the sandwiches until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes:
Serve with a side of fries or a salad for a complete meal.
