Instructions:
Boil water in a kettle.
Add ginger slices to the boiling water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add honey and lemon juice. Stir well.
Pour into cups and enjoy.
Notes:
Adjust honey and lemon to taste. You can also add a pinch of turmeric for an extra health boost.
