Instructions:
1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in a pitcher.
2. Add the lime wedges and muddle again to release the lime juice.
3. Pour in the rum and stir well.
4. Add the club soda and ice, and stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with extra mint leaves and lime slices. Serve immediately.
Notes:
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
