Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • 4. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • 5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes:

For extra flavor, try adding some chopped mint or feta cheese to the mixture.
