Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Flat Iron Steak
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  • 2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  • 4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • 5. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Notes:

For best results, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the steak.
