Ingredients:

  • 4 fillets Tilapia
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions: 

  • 1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Add the tilapia fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • 5. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
