Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • 4. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the chicken with BBQ sauce.
  • 5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in BBQ sauce for a few hours before grilling.
