Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
4. In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Use a spoon to baste the steaks with the melted garlic butter.
5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes:
For best results, let the steaks come to room temperature before cooking.
