Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
