Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Cornflakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • Scoop the ice cream into 4 balls and freeze until firm.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes and cinnamon.
  • Roll the ice cream balls in the cornflake mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and roll again in the cornflake mixture. Freeze until firm.
  • Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Fry the ice cream balls for a few seconds until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Notes:

Make sure the ice cream is very firm before frying to prevent it from melting too quickly.
