Ingredients:

  • 6 cups plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine plums and granulated sugar. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix oats, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture over the plums.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the plums are bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
