Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2-3 drops Green Food Coloring optional

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and peppermint extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the green food coloring if using, and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • In the last few minutes of churning, add the mini chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes:

For a stronger mint flavor, you can add more peppermint extract. Adjust the amount of chocolate chips to your preference.
