Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 can Crushed Pineapple undrained
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts optional
  • 1 container Whipped Topping thawed

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix and undrained pineapple.
  • Fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts (if using), and whipped topping until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
