Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tbsp flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup flour. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Notes:
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
