Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Water cold

Instructions: 

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  • 2. Heat brewed coffee and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add bloomed gelatin to the coffee mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  • 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  • 5. Cut into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.

Notes:

For a stronger flavor, use espresso instead of regular brewed coffee.
