Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins and place on a baking sheet.
  • Melt chocolate and butter together in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Whisk in eggs and egg yolks, then add vanilla extract.
  • Fold in flour until just combined.
  • Divide batter evenly among ramekins.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm but center is still soft.
  • Let cool for 1 minute, then run a knife around edges to loosen and invert onto plates.

Notes:

Serve immediately with ice cream or whipped cream.
