Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Warm water
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oil and warm water. Knead until smooth.
  • 2. Divide dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin tortilla.
  • 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla until golden brown on both sides.
  • 4. Spread refried beans on each tortilla. Add cheese and sour cream. Fold and serve.

Notes:

Optional toppings: avocado, hot sauce, scrambled eggs.
