Refried beans

Sour cream
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add oil and warm water. Knead until smooth.
2. Divide dough into small balls. Roll out each ball into a thin tortilla.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla until golden brown on both sides.
4. Spread refried beans on each tortilla. Add cheese and sour cream. Fold and serve.
Notes:
Optional toppings: avocado, hot sauce, scrambled eggs.
