Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Cold unsalted butter cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cold water add more if needed

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  • 2. Add cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • 3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until dough forms.
  • 4. Roll out dough on a floured surface, fold into thirds, and repeat rolling and folding 4-5 times.
  • 5. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • 6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough to desired thickness and shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

Ensure butter remains cold for best results. You can freeze the dough for later use.
