Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
2. Add cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Gradually add cold water, mixing until dough forms.
4. Roll out dough on a floured surface, fold into thirds, and repeat rolling and folding 4-5 times.
5. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out dough to desired thickness and shape. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes:
Ensure butter remains cold for best results. You can freeze the dough for later use.
