Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter softened
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • 2. Add flour, salt, and butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  • 3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape dough into buns and place on a baking tray.
  • 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes:

These buns are great for burgers or as a side for soups and salads.
