Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, and butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape dough into buns and place on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
