Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs octopus cleaned
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil the octopus in a pot of water for 30 minutes until tender.
  • 2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • 3. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • 4. Brush the octopus with the olive oil mixture.
  • 5. Grill the octopus for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred.
  • 6. Serve hot with a drizzle of remaining olive oil mixture.

Notes:

For extra flavor, marinate the octopus in the olive oil mixture for a few hours before grilling.
