Instructions:
1. Boil the octopus in a pot of water for 30 minutes until tender.
2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
3. Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Brush the octopus with the olive oil mixture.
5. Grill the octopus for 5-7 minutes on each side until charred.
6. Serve hot with a drizzle of remaining olive oil mixture.
Notes:
For extra flavor, marinate the octopus in the olive oil mixture for a few hours before grilling.
