Cabbage, finely chopped

Soy Sauce

Wonton Wrappers

Vegetable Oil
for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for 5-7 minutes until wrappers are tender and filling is cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes:
Make sure to not overcrowd the skillet while frying.
