Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
  • Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for 5-7 minutes until wrappers are tender and filling is cooked through.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes:

Make sure to not overcrowd the skillet while frying.
