Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard.
  • 4. Add the chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • 5. Pour in the water, bring to a simmer, and cook for 20-30 minutes until thickened.

Notes:

Serve over hot dogs for a classic Coney Island experience.
