Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard.
4. Add the chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour in the water, bring to a simmer, and cook for 20-30 minutes until thickened.
Notes:
Serve over hot dogs for a classic Coney Island experience.
