Instructions:
1. Soak the chicken livers in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Dredge the soaked livers in the flour mixture, coating them well.
5. Fry the livers in the hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove the livers from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Notes:
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
