sushi rice
cooked and cooled

rice vinegar

imitation crab meat
shredded

mayonnaise

tbsp
sesame seeds
toasted
Instructions:
1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved. Fold into cooked sushi rice.
2. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over a bamboo sushi mat. Lay a sheet of nori on top.
3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the rice.
5. Flip the nori so the rice is facing down. Place avocado, cucumber, and crab meat mixed with mayonnaise along the bottom edge of the nori.
6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
Notes:
Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
